Customer Success Associate (CSM)



  • Master SOCXO’s innovative platform for managing customer growth and building strategic relationships
  • Effectively manage all of your customer relationships while building strategic growth plans and working with other supporting teams in SOCXO
  • Stay current with your product knowledge of SOCXO’s software solutions
  • Identify upselling & cross selling opportunities.
  • Act as a de-facto product expert to enable sales close deals.
  • Be a customer champion and ensure high CSAT to reduce churns.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in Inside sales/ customer success
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships with enterprise clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
