Currently, Mukund is an advisory board member at Missouri State for their CX certificate program and a member of Swinburne University of Technology’s CSSE course advisory committee. His experience and leadership is in delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving revenue growth. He has made remarkable contributions to IT companies like Mphasis, UST Global, and Compuware Corporations. Before Suyati, he was responsible for spearheading the transformation, process improvement initiatives, and overall company goals for CCS Technologies.
At Suyati, Raj oversees the overall business and global operations and the current functional departments of the company. He also assists in the organization-wide initiatives, investments in start-ups and other ventures, and introducing new development programs. Raj’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership. He has been recognized and awarded as an exemplary business leader for his leadership and consistent focus on customer satisfaction. He loves traveling and learning about new cultures. Revathi is the executive director at Suyati Technologies where her role is to create and communicate content solutions that stick. A passionate writer herself, she aims to develop a common vision, communicate a clear understanding of the project goals and company direction, and help create great content for branding and engagement. With over 25 years of experience in IT, business, consulting, and entrepreneurship, Revathi has two start-ups to her credit and has delivered technical solutions to businesses including universities, automotive suppliers, PR and marketing firms, IT solutions, and insurance. As an IT consultant, she has been a preferred vendor to Fortune 500 clients like Charles Schwab, Conseco, Allison Transmissions, and Eli Lilly. Revathi is an avid blogger and has been in love with the written word for as long as she can remember. When not browbeating the marketing team to create the mother of all content calendars, she is busy grappling with spirituality, mentoring women into taking leadership positions, and reading every whodunit book ever published. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in business.

At Suyati, Prakash is responsible for overseeing the Service Delivery Operations for IT and leading large global teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Prakash is a seasoned business leader with 25+ years of global experience in technology innovation, large-scale IT transformation initiatives and organizational upgrades to optimize an organization’s operational efficiency. Prior to joining Suyati, he was heading Ken Interactive(India) Pvt Ltd in providing technology strategy and vision to identify and implement the best technology solutions to meet business and customer needs. He has also made positive contributions to established organizations like Fabprod Retail Pvt. Ltd., One Enterprise Software Products and Services Pvt. Ltd., MphasiS, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
Shilen Saugunan is the CEO and founder of SS Consulting, a global advisory firm providing expertise on strategy, people, process, and technology to startups and SMEs. Through SS Consulting, Shilen offers high-potential startups mentoring, seed angel investments, and acceleration. Shilen was the lead investor and chief mentor of a successful fintech startup, Paymetry. A part of Paymetry’s equity was acquired by ICICI Bank recently. Before he founded SS Consulting, Shilen was the MD and CEO of Arbitron India. He joined the parent company, Arbitron Inc., as a senior software developer in 1999 and rose through the ranks quickly to the director of IT before coming to Kochi to set up the fully owned subsidiary. He played a key role in the success story of Arbitron at Infopark. Shilen also led the seamless merger and transition of Arbitron India to Nielsen and TCS after Nielsen acquired Arbitron in 2014.
Shilen holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from IIT and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Calicut. His first job was as an engineering scientist at ISRO for eight years.
