Meet, perhaps, the happiest person at Synergy 2014!

Synergy 2014 was the defining CMS event in the world. And in keeping with its status, Ektron’s flagship event predictably saw many highs. There was the grand release of Ektron9.1, which focuses on increasing leads as well as productivity. It was definitely a happy event – exemplified by our CEO Mukund Krishna, pictured here with ‘the internet’s most dangerous man’, Ektron’s Tom O’Brien!

There were a host of stunning keynotes, including Joe Puliuzzi’s ‘The Power of Epic Content’, Randy Davis’ ‘Changing the face of Publishing with Ektron’, and Scott Brinker’s ‘Thriving at the inspiring intersection of Marketing and Technology’. These spread inspiration, and the happiness at having learnt something.
There was the ‘Lunch and Lunch and Learns’. And let’s not forget the dramatic ‘Cruise Aboard the Odyssey’. Then there was the Boston Waterfront itself, reflecting the charm of a happening city. Not to mention a multitude of one-on-ones, networking and long-time-no-sees. Through them all, there were a lot of happy faces and meetings and back slaps.
Among the happiest people out there were the three winners of the ‘Ektron Site of the Year Awards.’ And guess what! We at Suyati were super happy when Book Country won the award in the ‘Integration’ category. After all, we’ve supported Author Solutions LLC (ASL), in their innovative technology offerings, and we helped make all those amazing integrations happen.
But we’ll give the “Happiest Person at Synergy 2014” award to none other than Kevin Conley, the winner of Suyati’s ‘May we Kindle your Interest’ giveaway.
More than 70 people participated. And the winner was looked forward to with great anticipation! But, as they say, you just can’t win them all.
So, a big, hearty, ‘Thank You’ to all those who participated in making this contest a success. And we hope Kevin and his Kindle are doing well, bonding like all good books are meant to!
