Thanks Team! You Made My Year

This is our 7th Christmas together and boy, we have come a long way! From a 5-member team operating out of a single location in 2009 to a 200-strong Suyati family spread over 3 locations – the journey has been nothing less than magical!
2015 ends on a high note for us – Deloitte has chosen us as one among the top 500 fastest growing technology companies in Asia Pacific. I owe this achievement to all of you.
Our year-end Xmas celebrations was pure fun. I’m delighted that Bob Kidd could be a part of the celebrations.
As there is just a week more for the New Year to set in, I feel it’s the right time to reflect on our 3 foundational principles that have helped us grow.
Gratitude:  This is a quality engrained in our company values. We need to continually express our gratitude to our fellow employees, families, customers and suppliers. They should know that we are happy for them being a part of our lives.
Sharing:  When disasters like Chennai floods and Nepal earthquake happened, we contributed cash to make the lives of the adversity-struck people better. We’ve also been able to work with local orphanages and social organizations, and were successful in making a difference in the lives of the less privileged in Kochi. I want 2016 to be a year where we share more – our money, time, and resources helping the less fortunate.
Humility: I thank Almighty for the Suyati Team – full of smart, talented, fast learning and accomplished professionals.
By the capabilities we have built, I’m sure 2016 is going to be a great year for us. Let’s together strive to have a rocking 2016!
