There’s hardly a week left for Dreamforce to kickoff. The whole world is buzzing about this marquee Salesforce event. And in case you are among that rare breed who’s wondering what the fuss is all about, here’s the lowdown on the highlights of what’s great about Dreamforce 2013.
Dreamforce is the annual worldwide technology conference that comes out in the month of November. Here, start-ups, established companies, MVPs, entrepreneurs, Salesforce geeks and non-profit organizations from all over the world get together – to unfurl the next wave of Salesforce technology. Salesforce Partner organizations speak about how the technology has powered them into being true Customer Companies. Tons and tons of hands-on sessions, code challenges and certification programs also are a part of the Dreamforce treat for the vibrant developer community.
Looking at a bit of statistics, the number of registrants has increased from an impressive 92,000+ last year to a completely incredible 120,000+ this year.
That the ultimate Dreamforce 2013 highlight is going to be around the keynotes is a no brainer. They will be held by Marc Benioff (@Benioff), Sheryl Sandberg (@sherylsandberg), Marissa Mayer (@marissamayer), Deepak Chopra (@deepakchopra) and Vivek Kundra (@vivekkundra).
Keynotes are the ones that will turn the way people think upside down. It will affect the way people go about growing businesses, maximizing ROI and how they pick up the customer. These successful CXO’s of leading companies like Facebook, Yahoo and other partners will explain how they have been able to set a benchmark in the evolution of technology, with more innovative products and services.
The Be a Customer Company campaign has been viral across the internet on communities, blogs, tech events, DUG’s and even inside companies as a motivational tonic. This Dreamforce event is certainly going to concentrate more along these lines, the highlight of which will be Vivek Kundra’s keynote on Customer Company.
Business and Management Teams must be at Dreamforce to listen to these keynotes, as well as to collaborate with global leaders in the approach they take to deliver what the customer wants, at present, and in the future.
