Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide Market development, Competitor analysis and Opportunity analysis.
  • Identify suitable opportunities and develop plans to strategically engage with Clients.
  • Perform quantitative analysis, and develop proposals and SoW, Contract negotiations, MSA and Closure, either assisting a large team or as an individual contributor.
  • Experience in Account planning and ability to identity right contacts, create opportunities for account mining.
  • Ability to manage and build relationships within and outside the organizations to influence and resolve issues with the customer.
  • Ability to independently lead portfolios and grow the market-share from the customer.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Sell complete portfolio of Suyati’s solutions, including professional services, technical support services, customer care services, managed network services, managed security services,
  • Communicate the value of Suyati’s solutions to prospective and existing assigned enterprise accounts
  • Guide an extended sales team to maximize revenue growth
  • Manage complex sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining sustainable revenue across technologies
  • Maintain and develop new strategic customer relationships within the assigned accounts
  • Excel in a fast paced, dynamic organization
  • Create and deliver on strategic and tactical sales and account plans
  • Accurately forecast and close sales in accordance with company goals

Required Skills

  • Minimum qualification with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with any reputed University.
  • 15+ years of IT enabled services industry experience along with 3 years of sales or account management.
  • Experience selling in both direct and partner-led models
  • Excellent understanding of delivery, operations in IT Enabled services company
  • Ability to articulate comprehensive technological strategies to a wide range of decision makers within an organization, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
  • Familiarity with cloud, virtualization, Big Data, Analytics, data center solutions, various server technologies, several network monitoring solutions, campus network solutions, latest technologies including SDN, NFV
  • Existing executive relationships with several enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated understanding of companies and opportunities that exist within assigned territory or market
  • Proven record of top sales performance selling
  • Ability to work in a position based in Chicago and willingness to travel up to 50%
  • The following are considered a plus Knowledge of Linux, Virtualization, Networking, Cloud technologies, etc.
