Minimal qualifications include:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in technology and business consulting experience.

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration

  • Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills. 

Technical Skills:

  • Good thought leadership skill set is added advantage (Blogging, Presenting at conference, Writing White Papers etc..)

  • Understanding business domains, emerging trends in technology (Cloud, BigData, Distributed Computing, IoT, Edge Computing and etc..).

  • The DT Architect will have more importance in the business (consulting) aspects. Business – 70%, Technology – 30%.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent learning skills and willingness to experiment with new technologies.

Job Description:

  • The Digital Transformation Architect will directly work with Executives at Suyati’s Largest Customers in their digital transformation growth.

  • Architect digital transformation programs for Suyati’s customers by providing consulting, advising, and supporting the Executives of Suyati’s customers.

  • Engage with C-Level executives to architect and instigate a Digital Transformation Program with continuous innovation and transformation.

  • Create and Improvise the customer journey and customer acquisition around digital transformation.

  • Understand Suyati’s customer business domain, requirements, challenges, latest technology trends by leveraging insights and patterns from data/DNA.

  • Ensure report and metrics driven culture with Customers and internal teams.

  • Enable Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery teams to practice the digital transformation.

  • The role requires 60% of travel to the customer locations.
