Ideal candidate would be an MBA but with about 2+ years of experience as management trainee in professional companies like Tatas, L&T, Godrej, etc. Should be an MBA from a good program (Tier 2 minimum) and should have excellent communication skills. MBA could be in Finance (preferred) or Marketing.

Judgment and Decision Making— Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
The candidate should have an interest in program management, data gathering, design thinking, empathy in communication and should be generally very disciplined.
Should be able to work evening or odd hours (not necessarily) from office and should be able to support CEO’s schedules. Should be very time conscious and help the CEO manage time effectively.
The candidate may be interested in pursuing entrepreneurship in the future and is able to commit to 2 years to learning about running a business.
