Presales Engineer

Job Description

• Lead requirement gathering discussions & elicit business requirements from customers
• Document High Level Requirements, prepare Business Requirement Document & SRS document
• Feature List preparation and work along with Delivery & Technology team for Estimation
• Coordinating and Working with Sales, resourcing, marketing and delivery team
• Research & Analysis on possible solution options
• Brainstorming on Solution options with the Architects
• Develop compelling propositions for clients, including writing proposals and presenting proposals to clients
• Prepare responses to RFPs & RFIs issued by clients
• Facilitate & drive the proposal discussions
• Develop the Program Plan with consultation from delivery
• Prepare Statement of Work on award of project
• Articulate & Develop Impactful Case Studies / Success Stories, Capability presentations and other sales related presentations
• Apply methodology, reusable assets, and previous work experience to deliver consistently high-quality work
• Managing repository and ensuring that all the documentation has been done and submitted in the repository for future use
• Understanding of high level SAAS platform and technology

Basic Qualification

• Candidate should have  3 to 5 years of experience in developing and drafting proposals in CRM, CMS, Ecommerce & cloud platforms
• Candidate should be a MBA/BE/B-Tech who has worked in presales process for a software service/SaaS products
• Person should have excellent written and oral communication dealing with international customers
• Ability to work as a team-player and work creatively in a problem-solving environment
• Creative individual making compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to grasp technology at a high level”
