Position : QA Lead

Location : US/ Canada

  • Capable, and adapts as needed, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Day to Day Responsibilities

In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas:

  • Facilitates various scrum activities such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospective.
  • Understands load and performance testing and identifies areas of concern.
  • Creates a culture of test-driven solution design and development.
  • Ensures team members have adequate insights on testing procedures and formulates new ideas to improve testing.
  • Establishes and continually improves formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
  • Oversees all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, implementing processes, and providing standardized formats for test cases and defects.
  • Empowers and motivates the team to be efficient and organized with their sprint deliverables.
