Dream. Dare. Do – that is Suyati’s work principle in a nutshell.
As part of the World Environment Day celebrated this year on 5th of June, Suyatians have done their bit to the mighty cause of becoming stewards of this planet. The theme this year apparently is “Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care”. We Read the words or hear about the climate change everywhere but very few actions are undertaken towards the cause of sustaining this very environment for us and many generations to come!
It is not the wisest thing to assume that ignorance is first nature to humans and we can simply go on with our lives without having to consider its consequences, not anymore. This planet has suffered enough because of our ignorance, turning every day into a trial day but it is also an opportunity to do whatever we can to sustain life on this beautiful blue planet.
On World Environment Day, small sessions were conducted by Suyati INSPIDEEZ, the UI team of Suyati, at both Thapasya and Geo infopark at 11 am and 12.30 pm respectively. All the Suyatians were assembled at the conference room where Mohd. Shafeeque and Dipu gave us an insight into the importance of this year’s World Environment Day.
After the inspiring words there was a demonstration by Kishore on how to make a simple paper bag. We all know it very well, about the threat that is the quantity of plastic waste produced every year which at no cost can be allowed to grow and multiply any further. So it has become necessary that we encourage and promote degradable products from the precious resources we have such as the trees.
All the employees were asked to make at least a paper bag so that this craft can be passed on to another person, for every drop in an ocean counts! This was followed by a beautiful acoustic performance by Abhishek who himself had rendered this awesome composition and presented before the fellow Suyatians on a special day.
It surely wouldn’t be too much to ask from each and everyone to care for our planet, our environment which makes the Home to us.
