The integration brings together Sitecore’s content management and experience platform capabilities to Salesforce. Users can optimize their marketing campaigns, taking into account customer’s mode of interactions across all channels including websites.
Time to Market is a crucial factor that determines customer experience. Sitecore and Salesforce together ensure speed to the data driven marketer. With this integration, Sitecore content is now accessible within Salesforce’s Content Builder. The user has access to relevant content and images, with no need to switch between toolsets. It will now be possible to offer customers a more tailored experience faster.
