Salesforce introduces Lightning Partner Community to accelerate sales
Yesterday, Salesforce announced the launch of Lightning Partner Community- an advanced and innovative approach for companies to endow their partners to sell efficiently and quickly. With the introduction of this feature, companies can expand the power of Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Einstein and other Salesforce key elements to partners, making it easier for them to accelerate their business in an unforeseen manner.
Lightning Partner Community ecosystem will equip the resellers, franchisees, channel teams and others with the kind of tools that brings them more laurels. This kind of a partner ecosystem is imperative for companies looking to scale and grow in today’s competitive world. Majority of the sales happen through channel partners, but most of the partners are annoyed at the solutions that connect them with the vendors. The reasons: complex navigation, broken data, lack of mobile compatibility etc.
The new Lightning Partner Community gives more scope for companies to convert their partners into an extension of their own sales team. This offers them a single place for identifying opportunities and closing deals rapidly.
The Salesforce Lightning Partner Community will include the following features:
- A Lightning Partner Experience which features a mobile-first design tailored to provide a seamless, personalized, branded and intuitive user experience across devices.
- Salesforce Einstein for Partner Community will offer knowledge articles, expert tips and recommended answers to help businesses grow efficiently.
- It also comes up with an integrated CRM for partners including Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Dashboards, Kanban View, Sales Path and more features.
Mike Micucci, GM & SVP at Salesforce Community Cloud states, “With the new Lightning Partner Community, companies can now arm partners with the world’s smartest CRM, helping them close more deals faster.”
Users with the Partner Community Cloud License can access Lightning Partner Community from now onwards. Salesforce CPQ for Lightning Partner Community will go live in the beginning of 2017. Read more details here.
