Yesterday, Salesforce announced the launch of Lightning Partner Community- an advanced and innovative approach for companies to endow their partners to sell efficiently and quickly. With the introduction of this feature, companies can expand the power of Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Einstein and other Salesforce key elements to partners, making it easier for them to accelerate their business in an unforeseen manner.
Lightning Partner Community ecosystem will equip the resellers, franchisees, channel teams and others with the kind of tools that brings them more laurels. This kind of a partner ecosystem is imperative for companies looking to scale and grow in today’s competitive world. Majority of the sales happen through channel partners, but most of the partners are annoyed at the solutions that connect them with the vendors. The reasons: complex navigation, broken data, lack of mobile compatibility etc.
The new Lightning Partner Community gives more scope for companies to convert their partners into an extension of their own sales team. This offers them a single place for identifying opportunities and closing deals rapidly.
