Similarly, Einstein Discovery, now completely integrated with Einstein Analytics, makes it easier to explore and combine multiple datasets, discovering and investigating insights faster, all through a single interface.
You can now supercharge your bot using auto-launched flows. Calling these flows using your bot dialogs, updating a contact, opening a case, or triggering a journey is all made easy using the chat conversation. With all Einstein bots now sharing a unified intent set, each bot version is capable of learning from the unified set. Once a bot identifies a match for the customer’s precise input on chat, it locates and launches the corresponding dialog. All these new features provide better insights and offer maximum flexibility.

Pardot now has a smarter marketing automation platform in Lighting Experience. The update offers a single platform for both sales as well as marketing executives to use. Viewing and syncing Salesforce and Pardot campaigns is made easier through this platform, offering to manage campaign process efficiently, and providing a higher reporting functionality and insight levels. Leveraging Pardot attribution models through Salesforce, you can use customized campaign influence for all your Salesforce campaigns as well.
